The Beginning

Founded by Master Chef Takashi Yamamoto, !NCORE SUSHI began as a small counter-service restaurant with a vision to bring authentic Japanese flavors to a modern audience.

2017

Growing Recognition

After receiving our first culinary award for "Best New Asian Restaurant," we expanded our menu and moved to our current location to accommodate our growing customer base.

2019

Innovation in Tradition

We introduced our signature fusion dishes, combining traditional Japanese techniques with contemporary flavors, earning us recognition in national culinary magazines.

Digital Expansion

Launching our online ordering platform and delivery service allowed us to bring the !NCORE SUSHI experience to homes across the city while maintaining our commitment to quality.
